Last visit to Barcelona

So we arrived in Barcelona from Amposta by train on Saturday. We leave Barcelona to head back to the states on Thursday. We have 5 nights and about 4 days to soak in the Spanish culture for the last time on this trip and then we are back in the states. This time we stayed in a different part of Barcelona and we are near the Plaza Espana and the main train station. We are staying with a couple from Holland (the girl)and Chile (the guy) and they live on the top floor of an apartment building. They have a great view and also the top terrace is all to themselves, so we have enjoyed eating up there with the beautiful views and listening to music and just relaxing.

We walked over to Plaza Espana on a few different days to check it out. Its pretty incredible. Here are some pictures of it…






We met up with another Spanish couple, Maite and Jon, that we met at Pueblo Ingles. The actually had 2 Aussies staying with them, who had also been at Pueblo Ingles, and we went Tapa Bar hopping. It was super enjoyable. You select the tapa (a small portion of a specific food) and then hold on to your toothpicks and then they add the toothpicks together and you pay per toothpick.
