7/12 Tibidabo

Pictures of the Tram

We took the Tramvia Blau to mount Tibidabo, the highest point on this certain mountain in Barcelona. It has great views of the city, and you can pretty much see everything.

Views of the city

It was neat because we saw a lot of stuff that we saw on our bus tour, so we were able to point a lot of things out. It was also fun getting there, first we took the tram that is over 100 years old and then this thing called a Funicular, its basically like a cable car on the ground. There is an amusement park at the top, but we decided to skip that. We just looked at all the great views, enjoyed our lunch of sandwiches that we brought, and went in the church. Here is a picture of the church.

This image was in the church at the top of the mountain. I believe that’s it the Virgin Mary holding baby Jesus, with an angel to her left and right, and unrepentant sinners burning in hell. Nothing says Jesus loves you like this.

Check this church stainglass!

At night we went up to the terrace with the lady we are renting from. It has a great view up there, and Jordan and I enjoyed a yummy ice cream while up there.
